Customer Testimonials

  • Jeremy Rogers

Just wanted to thank Rob, Andy and the nice young lady (whose name I didn't get - sorry!) at BB&W for their excellent customer service helping my young son and his friend get fitted for instruments last night. They were very patient, professional and informative, and I was very impressed with the service and selection. Thanks everyone!

  • Linda Landis

Rob Phillips at Buckeye Brass is super! He recently made the new brass outer slide tubes for my 1953 Mt. Vernon Bach 6 trombone and the slide looks and plays like new now. He was also able to preserve the original "crook" on the slide, which is a critical part of the slide, especially on the older model trombones. Thanks, Rob!

  • Carson McTeer

We just finished a long recording session for an upcoming Pops disc, the (BMB Tuba) 6/4 was incredible to play on it! Listening to the playbacks, it was shocking the presence that horn has! Tons of fun!
