This is a used Bach "Mercury" long cornet that dates to ~1952 (serial #11551).  The valves still have good compression and the slides move smoothly.  There are several small to medium dents and the finish is worn (see pictures).  The bell has been repaired in the past.

It does not come with a case or mouthpiece (uses a cornet mouthpiece).
