This is an unbranded mouthpiece that is in good condition.  It appears to be similar to a Bach 6½AL small shank mouthpiece, but with a more rounded inner edge on the rim.

There are signs of use and some minor plating wear inside and out, but nothing that will affect the playability of the mouthpiece.
